Sonoma
Josef wins title in debut season at Penske. He leads halfway then Simon takes lead after final pit. Josef doesn't push it and settles for 2nd with enough points

Watkins Glen
Newgarden loses a lot of points with mistake exiting pits. Dixon placed 2nd, three points behind Josef entering Sonoma. RHR 3rd

Gateway
Fresh repave, TK spun on pace lap. Power spun lap 2 and took out Sato and EC. Teammates Josef and Simon touched wheels late. Dixon around Simon, P2

Pocono
Pretty cool that Power goes from having to change wing and wins with help of cautions and strategy. Hinch and JR in early crash. Josef .5 seconds behind

Mid-Ohio
Newgarden moves to 1st in points with another down race for Dixon. Not much excitement with Josef having good strategy

Toronto
Power went out early with contact from Dixon. Dixon had flat tire and penalty and finished 10th. Newgarden won by 1.8 seconds over Rossi and Hinch

Iowa
Penske's first win at Iowa and Helio's 30th career win. Don't remember much. Hildebrand 2nd, 4 seconds behind. RHR in 3rd

Road America
Coming in Dixon had never led a lap at Road America. TK broke front wing and crashed late. Newgarden and Helio 2nd and 3rd

Texas
A lot happened with Kanaan involved in contributing to two incidents. Really close at the end. Sato crashed late collecting Dixon. TK 2nd, Simon 3rd

Detroit 2
Dixon had early fuel problem but still finished 6th. Newgarden nearly had right call on strategy but Rahal benefited from late red flag and two lap shootout

Detroit 1
Early spin by Hinch but recovered to finish 3rd. Second caution on lap 25 but other than that it was green. Rahal won by six seconds over Dixon

Indianapolis 500
Some big wrecks, one which caused Dixon to flip. Alonso ran well in debut but had engine failure. Close battle with Chilton, Helio and Jones

Indy Road Course
First time the race had zero cautions. It made for a pretty uneventful race with Power dominating. Dixon 2nd, RHR 3rd

Phoenix
Simon won by 9 seconds over Power. Big early crash, then later RHR and Newgarden made contact. All Andretti out again. Hildebrand 3rd with broken wrist

Barber
Joseph's first win with Penske. He got lead after Power had punctured tire. Dixon pressured him late but held on to win by a second

Long Beach
Cool moment with Hinch winning for first time since 2015 crash. All four Andretti driver went out. Power early incident. Bourdais and Newgarden on podium

St. Pete
Only gets a 3 because Bourdais goes from last to 1st. An untimely yellow shakes up field and he benefits. He passes Pag and has huge winning margin
