Paradise Kiss

Paradise Kiss nos narra la historia de una chica llamada Yukari, estudiante de secundaria. Vive estresada por su madre para que tenga éxito con sus notas. Un buen día, caminando por la calle se encuentra con Arashi, un tipo con unas pintas un tanto raras que le dice que su cara es perfecta. Sorprendida, Yukari intenta escapar pero cae en manos de Isabella, un travesti que la lleva inconsciente al Atelier, el lugar de trabajo del grupo. Cuando despierta, se encuentra con Miwako, otra chica, que junto a los dos anteriores, le explica a Yukari que son un grupo de moda de la escuela Yazawa Gakuin, y le piden que sea su modelo para el show que organiza la escuela ese año. Mientras Yukari rechaza la oferta y se va del local, se encuentra con el diseñador del grupo, George. Éste recoge la tarjeta de estudiante que Yukari se deja en el local, y bajo esa excusa, va a buscarla y le introduce en el mundo de la moda, el mundo de Paradise Kiss. Asombrada por el estilo y el carisma de George, poco a poco se relaciona con el ambiente y acaba aceptando la oferta.

Dans le pays de Fiore, il existe parmi le commun des mortels des hommes et des femmes qui manipulent la magie : ils sont appelés des mages. Pour mieux les contrôler, des guildes ont été créées et mises sous la responsabilité du conseil des mages. Outre la nécessité de contrôle des mages, ce réseau a une autre utilité, en effet il permet de fournir un large choix de mages au client, et un large choix de missions au mage par le biais des avis. Parmi toutes ces guildes, une en particulier fait beaucoup parler d'elle : bien sûr par les actes réalisés par ses membres, mais aussi (et surtout) pour les dégâts collatéraux provoqués par ces mêmes membres à chaque mission qu’ils effectuent. Cette guilde s’appelle Fairy Tail. L'histoire se focalise notamment sur les missions effectuées par l'une des équipes de mages de Fairy Tail, composée de Natsu, Lucy et Happy, auxquels viendront se greffer assez rapidement Erza et Grey.
