En un lugar alejado del barrio chino existe una tienda de mascotas dónde su propietario el Conde D, un enigmático hombre, es el encargado de proveer animales exóticos, que van desde bestias hasta monstruos mitológicos, la gente que visita la tienda es por que busca sobrellevar alguna crisis o llenar un vacío dentro de su corazón. Cuando la mascota es entregada a su nuevo dueño, este debe firmar un contrato dónde se especifican las condiciones y cuidados que se deben tener, si el dueño no cumple con lo pactado en el contrato deberá asumir las consecuencias, ya que el Conde D no se hará responsable de lo que pueda ocurrir.
