I love calming jazz to relax myself when im tired, or you can have it as background music to relax.

Take a moment to write your thoughts, thing you’re grateful for, or things that make you happy or even small achievements you had throughout your day/week.

Detox your environment
There are many ways to do this, you can organize your space, get rid of things you no longer use, need or want, clean the floors, clean your benches. Delete photos of your phone, stop following random accounts.

Take a nap
Had a long day? take a nap. Grab some blankets and put on cozy clothes. Just for 15 minutes can help with stress.

Take a long hot shower
Take some time to cleanse yourself. You can use your favorite products to enjoy it more

Do a selfcare routine
Gua sha, a lymphatic drainage massage, do your skincare. Go to a spa for the evening and finish the day with a bath.
