Daily skincare routine
This is my skincare routine for day and night (the oil cleanser is only for the nights, but the rest it’s two times in a day) PLEASEEE verify with your dermatologist the products, my list is just an idea and an order for use it.

Massages
I massage my skin with my serum and my cream using the gua sha (I SUPER RECOMMEND). Use it everyday to see results
Vaselina
For hydrated your lips
Hydration cream
Apply it after your serum is dry. Due to my type of skin (combination and sensitive) I use cream in gel
Serum
I use this one because my skin requires full hydration (but again please verify with your dermatologist) . I just can recommend you to use it after thermal water because the absorption it’s better
Thermal water
It’s so refreshing after double cleansing ( también funciona cuando sientes la piel roja o quemada)
Normal cleanser
Its for double cleaning, This is the second one (I love Cethapil because its so gentil with the skin
Oil cleanser
To deep cleaning for remove all the make up (I use it just at night)
