Curry sauce noodles
• 1 pack of protein noodles • 1 pack of beansprouts 3 tosp light soy sauce 1 tspn bicarbonate of soda 50g (dry weight) mayflower curry sauce spring onions to garnish Slice your chicken then add to a bowl. Pickled cucumber

Smashed broccoli
INGREDIENTS 3 broccoli crowns, separated into florets 3 Tosp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp kosher salt ½ tsp black pepper 1½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 420°F. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the broccoli florets, and blanch for 2 minutes. Drain immediately, then set aside. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan over the parchment paper. Top with the broccoli florets, then sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan. Top with the oil mixture. 4. Using the bottom of a large cup or ramekin, firmly press down the broccoli florets until they're "smashed." 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden and has crisped up.
