healthy habits i want to stick to Ginny20/10/2025000Items in this hypelistChecklistdrinking a ginger shot or warm lemon water every morning reading books 30min a day learning to make up room for myself and putting myself first learning a new language trying out a new hobby or trying to pick up the ones i quit in the past again eating healthy and healing my bad relationship with food scrolling on pinterest and making new playlists rather than scrolling on tiktok for hours going somewhere nice like getting coffee by MYSELF ALONE (going on dates with myself) drinking water instead of coke zero going. on. walks. getting nails/eyebrows or lashes professionally done every month to look cute and to have a reward moment reducing screen time to 2 hours a day cleaning every day for like 10min instead of cleaning one hour every week only drinking alcohol rarely (like 1x a month) or quitting it completely quit smoking being careful and spending money on things i REALLY need or like reading the bible/praying before sleeping focusing rather on skincare than heavy makeup/learning to feel pretty without makeup sleeping at least 7+ hours doing workouts and going on walks journaling
