
My ideal morning routine

Green juice
I usually made it the night before and pit in on the fridge so I don't waste more time in the morning.

Stretch
I usually sleep in weird positions so I need a good session of basic stretching or yoga. (10 min)

Organize day
Check what I couldn't do the day before, check mails and messages, list everything including home chores and hangouts. (15 min)

Skin and bodycare
I try to keep it light, just some cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen. Same for the bodycare. (15 min)

Workout
I do some basic exercises to keep me toned and flexible. (30 min)

Breakfast
I try not to eat that much because if I'm too full I get sleepy. (20 min)

Get ready for the day
Chose an outfit, do my hair and sometimes my make up, I don't go out everyday but I like to feel pretty. (15-20 min)

Shower
Well it is obvious at this point. (15 min)

Morning walk
I love walking so I do it first thing in the morning, my goal is make 10k steps in an hour everyday. (60 min)

Time for God
Reading the bible, praying, journaling, etc. (50 min)

Wake up at 5am
Everything is quiet and calm, the way you start your day affects how you take the rest of it.
