Men Chers perfekte verden begynder at gå i krise da hun møder to ultralækre fyre: den nye tjekkede fyr i klassen og Chers kedelige, men nuttede eks-papbror. Cher må lære, at når det drejer sig om kærlighed, så er hun altså absolut Clueless. Alicia Silverstone er absolut perfekt i rollen som Cher i denne hippe, forfriskende og kanonsjove komedie der vrimler med nye smarte udtryksmåder.
