spring moodboard
i am a firm believer that mood boards and vision boards are one of the highest forms of manifestation. if you can see it clearly, you can hold it in your hand. i love compiling pictures from pinterest, printing them out, and putting them in my journal as a reminder of what i want to embody.

affirmations
create your inner world so that it manifests and materializes in your outer world: •’i believe in myself and my vision and i welcome the abundance that comes with it’ •’i am limitless’ •’i am prepared to achieve anything i set in my mind today’ .

current favourites
this is my fav prompt because we’re kind of taking a snapshot of time of what you’re currently into like your fav songs, books you love, fav color, fav food, etc! imagine reading this next year or 5 years from now and seeing how your tastes have evolved.

who do i want to become?
if you want real change, we need to be specific about what we are manifesting into our life this season.

highlight reel from the winter season
take a moment to reflect on your achievements! big or small, write them down and take pride in what you’ve accomplished.
reflect and realign by asking yourself:

who is she sorrounding herself with?

how does she dress?

what are her habits?

who do i want to be?
declutter your life and welcome new energy

declutter your space
wash your bedsheets, take out trashes, clean out your home office, and tidy up common areas in your space. i like to set 15-20 minute timers bc huge ‘resets’ genuinely make me crash out lol

clean out your closet
my rule is if i haven’t touched it in 6 months, either donate it or sell it.

set up calendar events for the month
add meetings, solo dates, cleaning/reset days to your calendar! i know it seems silly to add things like this but be selfish with your time.

phone clean out
delete unused apps, organize your homescreen, clear old photos, unsubscribe from spam e-mails, clean download files, declutter and organize your notes, backup important data.

Girl, Interrupted
Susanna Kaysen · 2013
30th ANNIVERSARY EDITION • NATIONAL BESTSELLER • In 1967, after a session with a psychiatrist she'd never seen before, eighteen-year-old Susanna Kaysen was put in a taxi and sent to McLean Hospital. Her memoir of the next two years is a "poignant, honest ... triumphantly funny ... and heartbreaking story" (The New York Times Book Review). WITH A NEW INTRODUCTION BY THE AUTHOR The ward for teenage girls in the McLean psychiatric hospital was as renowned for its famous clientele—Sylvia Plath, Robert Lowell, James Taylor, and Ray Charles—as for its progressive methods of treating those who could afford its sanctuary. Kaysen's memoir encompasses horror and razor-edged perception while providing vivid portraits of her fellow patients and their keepers. It is a brilliant evocation of a "parallel universe" set within the kaleidoscopically shifting landscape of the late sixties. Girl, Interrupted is a clear-sighted, unflinching document that gives lasting and specific dimension to our definitions of sane and insane, mental illness and recovery.
