Ending Useless Purchases
i’m gonna cash out my wishlist then save up to travel and my tuition. no more buying unnecessary things, i’d rather have experiences.

Physical Memories
deleted my entire camera roll (it hurt so bad but needed to be done) will only capture physical media (scrapbooks, camcorder, etc.) used to practice being present instead of taking photos and videos that i’ll rarely look back on.

Gym
4x a week for a minimum of one hour.

Yoga
weekly yoga & try intense poses.

Vitamins
taking my morning/nighttime vitamins without skipping/forgetting.

Reading the Word Daily
spending time w God every day or at least weekly.
