Things I want to do with and for my future kids

Talking to them before going to bed
Maybe not always but ask him/her: What are they proud of that day? Or What something that caught your attention today?
CD player in the car
I want them to be able to choose witch song they want to listen as I take them to school
Making them an annual photo album
So that when they grow up they can look back how much they have grown and changed over the years. (And I would too) ABSOLUTE MUST: the picture before every school year
Playing with Mud, Leaves and Flowers
And let him/her get dirty. I don't want a spotless child, he/she could and should make a mess.
Giving the Goodnight kiss every night
Always, yes, even when they become teens
Take them to see the stars in the countryside
I want to learn the specific constellations with them.
Take them to museums
Maybe I'll even explain certain pieces of art.
Take them to the toy store
And let them choose a stuffed animal they can sleep with.
Dressing them up, but stopping as soon as they start demanding to follow their own style
I would love to dress them up, but my kid is not a doll. As soon as they start asking for certain clothes I see no need of neglecting them
Asking them questions on their birthday
Starting at age of 3 every birthday I'll ask them 15/20 questions, to see how the answer changes Over the years.
Birthday plate
They will have a specific plate, on which to eat their birthday cake
Experience The Christmas magic
I don't want them to see it as a religious holiday, nor as something commercial. Santa Claus doesn't bring them presents, at least not all of them. Some of them, yes, but the bigger and more expensive ones are from their parents (because Santa Claus doesn't carry the big ones on his sleigh)
Having deep conversation
Meaningful conversations. I want a relationship that goes beyond "stay alive and I'll give you what you need." I want to listen to him first. Really listening
Playing together
I don't care about the game, Whether it's Barbie, toy cars, or both. I want to share these moments with her/him.
Looking for insects together
I want to teach him/her not to be afraid of these beautiful animals. Both in practice, explaining which ones we can touch and which ones we can't, and in theory, perhaps with a book given as a gift?
Take care of the garden or just the plants
If she's not busy, I'd love to share a passion of mine with her/him. Plus it's important (to me) to teach them how to behave with care Towards nature
Gifting them a camera and letting them take pictures of everything
I want them to take pictures of everything that inspires them, It will be one of the first "expensive" gifts I'll give him/her.
Take them on day trips
At the seaside, or in the countryside (even staying in the car and taking a ride) I want them to treat these little trips without commitment, not for walking, or exploring. Just enjoying their presence
Start a book club
Find time to read and buy one or more books together monthly, and then talk about it with him/her
