Base schedules
Water: 2 to 2.5 liters per day
Divided into 5-6 doses a day, whenever possible.
Hobby: 30-60 minutes
Practice your favorite hobby to relax your mind or if you want you can learn something new.
Extra study: 2 hours daily
You can organize your two daily study hours to your liking, either in the morning or in the afternoon.
Skincare: Morning + evening
Your skin care is super essential and can be accompanied by bath time.
Meals: 3 main meals + healthy snacks
You decide the recipes, you can adjust them if you already have a nutrition plan.
Exercise: 1 hour 30 minutes – 2 hours
As exercise you can do what you like most such as pilates, swimming, hiking, etc.
University: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
It may depend on the time you check in or out, you can adjust it to your liking.
Monday to Friday (morning)
12:00 p.m. – Balanced lunch
10:00 a.m. – Snack + Extra study
2 hours.
9:30 a.m. – Shower + hydration
8:00 a.m. – Exercise
1 hour 30 minutes.
7:30 a.m. – Full breakfast
Fruit + protein.
