Lemon Ice Cream
• 1 lemon zest • 50 gr lemon juice (1 medium lemon) • 170 gr sugar • 1 pinch of salt • 200 ml cream, 35% fat (1 pack/1 cup) • 210 ml milk Cover the mixture with stretch film to cover it completely. Take it out of the freezer and stir it every half hour. Do it 8 times and leave it for 12 hours.Enjoy!💗 The best Ice Cream you can make at home.
Salmon with Butter Sauce
For the sauce: •2 tablespoons of Butter (Soften well at the room) • 3 Garlic cloves •Half Lemon juice and peel • 1 teaspoon of mustard • 1 teaspoon of honey • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce • 1 teaspoon of cumin, salt, ground red pepper • chopped parsley Spread it on the salmon when it becomes homogeneous, put it in the oven. After baking at 190-200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, it is ready to serve.
Orange, Pistachio Espresso Martini
Orange Coffee liqueur 1/2 cup vodka 2/3 cup sugar 1 cup of coffee (filter or amaricano style) 1 vanilla stick fresh orange peel We put vanilla beans into the sugar and melted it by adding hot coffee on it. We added vodka and orange peels left it in the fridge(3 days) Espresso martini; (for a small glass) 1 pistachio vodka 1/2 coffee liquor 1/2 measure espresso

1 cup chickpea 2 cloves of garlic 1 small onion half a bunch of parsley fresh mint cumin black pepper chili flakes salt 1.5 tablespoons of corn flour mix in a blender for the tahini sauce 2 tablespoons of yogurt 1 tablespoon tahini half lemon juice salt

For the inside 2 grated carrots 150 gr ground meat 2 stalk of spring onion(chopped) 1 clove grated garlic a “little” bit ground ginger 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon red pepper 1 teaspoon white sugar For the dough 400 gr flour 200 ml boiled hot water Bon Appetite!
Chocolate chip cookies
120 ml melted butter 120 gr brown sugar 60 gr white sugar 1 egg 5 gr baking powder a pinch of salt a pinch of baking soda 10 gr vanilla or vanilla extract(if you use extract don’t add much) 150-200 gr dark chocolate+milk chocolate+white chocolate mix Enjoy! Whenever I baked these cookies everybody loved it💗
