trims to maintain healthy hair
my mom does mine every 1-2 weeks, but once a month should be fine!

pluck, thread or wax eyebrows every so often
do not over do it! I suggest getting them waxed once to figure out your perfect brow shape, then tweeze from then on!

get a dyed hair glaze according to your color, any hair glaze company should work. do not do this very often

reduce sugar intake, especially in the mornings & before bed

reduce caffeine & alchol intake/cut out completely

eat meals with high protein, esspecially in the morning
avacado toast with turkey, protein oats, cottage cheese & eggs, cottage cheese & fruit, chia seed pudding, etc

incorporate magnesium, collagen, & probiotics into your daily supplement intake

begin your day with 30 minutes of movement
yoga, pilates, lifting, stretching, running β you choose!
