Have breakfast
It’s highly important to have a nutritious breakfast, so your can have energy and feel good the rest of the day.

Journal or/and meditate
This overall help you have a good sensation for the rest of the day, clearing you mind and improving your focus.

Drink water
Drink a generous amount of water to help boost your metabolism, flush out toxins and hydrate your body.

Exercise
Moving your body in some way like going for a short walk, doing yoga or stretching (for example) increases your blood flow, your oxígeno flow and releases adrenaline, dopamine and serotonin.

Cold water and skincare
Gives you a fresh and clean sensation to start the day.

No phone
Don’t use your phone for at least 30 minutes, the overstimulation of the phone so early after waking up will produce you more stress and cost you less productivity.

Make bed, brush teeth
Making your bed is the first achievement of the day and will help you have a feeling of productivity for the rest of the day, I hope I don’t have to explain the brush teeth part lol
