
Pilates 🪽🌾
when i discovered pilates i fell in love. i do not like pushing and not being able to breath and sweating like a pig, but with pilates you are supposed to not suffer like that and push - you are always breathing. it connects more with your body while you can relax. you are doing the excercice and it is hard but the rest of the body should be relaxed, so i think while it makes your core strong it cannot ruin your body, like other excercises so often does. it makes you use your whole body wide open, and it makes you feel free and in use of your possibilities of your body. this is my exprerience and i thought i would share it for inspiration and an invitation!
