doing some light stretches before bed can help get better rest, reduced stress, and increase flexibility in muscles. the endorphins from light exercise is good

Have clean bedsheets
Having clean bedsheets and pillowcases can prevent breakouts, improve sleep quality, and make you smell cleaner. clean sheets also improve respiratory health by breathing in less dust.

Perfume scent sets
Having a matching lotion, perfume, body mist, oil, etc can help with keeping scent longer.

Alcohol-Free Mouthwash
Alcohol free mouthwash helps with cleaning mouth but not drying it out. helps bad breath and dry mouth

Use tounge scraper
Tounge scrapers help with bad breath, improve your sense of taste, and makes your tounge less white.

Brush teeth
Brushing teeth keeps mouth healthy! Make sure to brush 2 minutes 2-3 times a day. Divide your mouth into 4 quadrants and spend 30 seconds each side.

Floss teeth
Flossing is important to prevent plaque buildup, food getting stuck, and cavities

Put on fluffy socks
Applying lotion then fluffy socks can help make your feet softer (dry cracked heels)

Apply deoderant
Applying immediately after shaving isn’t great though. If armpits were just shaved apply toner instead.

Nail care
After being in the shower, clipping and fixing cuticles makes them softer and easier to maintain. Clean underneath nails thoroughly.

Hair dry
Use hair dryer with heat protectant to style and dry hair.

Mousse
apply any mousse to towel dried hair and scrunch it through with fingers. Follow up with curl defining products.

Vaseline Lipmask
Vaseline helps with severe cracked lips and helps them stay soft and hydrated.

Lip scrub
Gentle lip scrub combined with a warm compress helps remove dead skin from cracked or dry lips.

Moisturizer
Moisturizer improves skin texture, prevents dryness, and reduces redness/blemishes

Toner
Applying toner to your face will lightly dry skin and prepare it for moisture. It balances the skins PH after cleansing, can also tighten pores, and prevent ingrown hairs.

Use cooler water before getting out
Colder water in hair will help close up your hair follicles and prevent breakage.

Body brush
Gently scrub your skin with a body brush to remove dead skin- also it feels good and is relaxing but optional

Moisturize body
Apply lotion to body to keep skin healthy and refreshed. Applying lotion to shaved legs is necessary to avoid irritation.

Pat dry
Gently pat skin (especially face) with towel to avoid irritation

Body wash
Use a moisturizing bar soap or lather the bath cloth with a body wash and thoroughly clean.

Clean bathroom
If the bathroom floor or shower floor is dirty, sanitize surfaces and sweep/mop before showering

Shave
Make sure razor isn’t rusty and use shave cream for legs. Wash and exfoliate properly before shaving. Don’t shave too fast and don’t apply too much pressure

Exfoliate
Exfoliating helps remove dead skin and preps legs for shaving (prevents strawberry bumps)

Cleanser
Cleansing (x2) removes dirt and oils from your pores. It’s gentler for face skin than soap and prevents breakouts.

Condition
Conditioner repairs the hair and helps it stay shiny and healthy. It reduces frizziness and breakage and makes it easier to brush. Only apply to ends and use lightly.

Shampoo
Double shampoo if necessary. Shampoo maintains scalp health and cleans hair.

Light a candle
Set the atmosphere by lighting a good scented candle, a shower steamer, or spraying some perfume on the shower walls to make it feel cozier.

Fresh towel
Dirty wet towels left in bathroom can collect mold and have germs from when people wipe their hands on them.

Prepare ice water
Have an water for during and after shower

Hair mask
Put in a hair mask 20-30 mins before showering.

Clean Pajamas
Have a nice clean pair of pajamas ready for when you get out. Old clothes carry outside jerms.
