Step out of your comfort zone at least once a day
It takes 3 weeks to build up a new habit. Why can’t we normalise stepping out of our comfort zones then? Start challenging yourself by doing at least one thing everyday that usually takes an extra amount of courage to you. Whether it’s jumping the rope for 5 minutes straight, or cooking that risky recipe, just do it. It doesn’t really matter if you fail, the win consists in the fact that you TRIED & gained knowledge by doing it.

Stop scrolling
Use wisely the limited time you can spend in this world, therefore stop gluing your eyes on that for you page, delete that app & start living.

Stop being materialistic
The sooner you realize living a wealthy life doesn’t mean owning lots of signature items, but having experienced deep, real & constructive emotions, the better you live. You’ll end up dying alone with the memory of your life, & you won’t be able to use that expensive stuff anymore. Choose wisely.

Take a 30s cold shower everyday
This method is proven to boost our immune system as well as stimulating our blood circulation

Toxic ego is the enemy
Be open to dialogue & don’t be afraid to change opinion, it means that you’re able to grow and go beyond your point of view to eventually overcome it.

Be aware of the fact that everyone can teach you something
A homeless person, a child, a old man… everyone has a lesson the Universe wants you to listen to.

Be curious
Never cease to satisfy the curiosity of your inner child, search that info on the web, ask that random person in the street whatever captured your attention, follow that masterclass you always wanted to attend. Live once without regretting being curious about the unknown.

Invest into your knowledge
Nobody can take away from us our brain potential & our knowledge: read, learn a new skill, get out of your comfort zone to build a stronger version of your willpower. Remember that knowledge = power.

Move your body daily
Do whatever you want to move your body in order to raise your levels of libido, dopamine and serotonin. No need to tell you that it also increases your psycho-intellectual abilities, the body resistance, slowing down the involution of the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular system.

Do not listen to people who aren’t doing anything with their lives
Try to avoid people with low vibes & no ambitions, people who barely care about themselves. Their influence on you can be extremely draining & toxic. Talk to them & tell them that you’ll stop wasting time with them unless they are willing to change for themselves for the better.

Learn other languages
This suggestion is useful you wanna get in touch with specific cultures, if you want to know more about their stories & their philosophies. It can work out for your career & for your job applications as well.

Build up your own circle mindfully
“We are the sum of the 5 people we spend most of our time with”, this sentence is quite true. Surround yourself with people that give you good vibes, people that are always challenging you to bring out your best version. I can guarantee you’ll experience a long-lasting mood boost.

Master both soft & hard skills
Balance is the key: don’t overlook soft skills when it comes to applying for a job, the winning approach consists in mastering both the professional side & the flexible/empathetic one.

Put effort in looking better
We tend to unconsciously pay more attention to well dressed & good-looking people because they are automatically more attractive to us.

Spend a few hours a day (a week) in nature
Whatever involves nature is known to raise our levels of dopamine & serotonin. Don’t be lazy & make those daily 8k steps climbing hills, attend that yoga lesson in the park.

Practice gratitude constantly
Something that helped me overcoming tough times was constantly being grateful for both the positive & the negative things that happened to me. We only live once, & we should be aware that many other people are facing harder times out there.
