Praying
When I was a child, I didn’t understand why my mom prayed so often—before bed, during meals, all the time. But now, I can see how much God has helped me through many difficult times. Whenever I face problems, I talk to Him, ask for help, or share my feelings. I’ve come to see Him as my best friend. I even write in my journal as if I’m talking to Him, and it helps me feel really connected. I’ve also thought about going to church more, even though I used to think I didn’t have time. Now, I make an effort to go with my mom when I can, to pray and spend time with God.

Reading
I never used to like reading. I thought it was boring and a waste of time, especially since no one around me liked it. But now, I can’t imagine a day without reading. I love romantic books, drama, and young adult stories. I believe if you find a really good book, you’ll enjoy it. So, for anyone who thinks reading is boring, they just haven’t found the right book. I could literally spend all day reading, and it’s become one of my favorite morning habits.

Doing pilates
It was hard for me to be consistent at the gym due to stress and anxiety, always focusing on studies and homework. I had time to exercise, but I never used it. I tried at first, but I quit because it felt overwhelming. Now, I’ve started doing Pilates because I love stretching and toning my body. Pilates is great because, even though you build muscle with weights, it also helps you relax and focus on breathing. It’s challenging but rewarding, and I really enjoy it 🤎🤎

Drinking water
Drinking water, I always thought that it was something really simple, that I should not do it every time. But now, I constantly drink water whenever I can. And also, every morning, I take really hot water to relax my body. I do it right after waking up without waiting. It helps me feel more awake and ready to start the day. I’ve noticed that staying hydrated gives me more energy and keeps me focused throughout the day. It’s a small habit, but it makes a big difference in how I feel.

Yoga
I love doing yoga every morning. I feel like it has so many benefits. It helps you with relaxing, releasing tension, and practicing breathing. It also brings a sense of peace and helps me connect with myself. It’s a great way to start the day with a clear mind and positive energy. Plus, it helps me stay in tune with my body and be more mindful throughout the day.

Practice gratitude daily
The Gratitude Journal is a powerful tool for cultivating positivity and mindfulness. By writing down things you’re grateful for each day, you can shift your mindset and focus on the good in your life. It’s a simple practice that helps reduce stress, boosts mental well-being, and makes you more aware of the small blessings around you.

Eating healthy
Eat nutritious food, including fruits and vegetables, and take essential vitamins because skincare starts from within. No matter how many products we use, clear skin comes from taking care of our gut. Stay hydrated, exercise, manage stress, and get enough sleep to nourish your body and mind. A healthy lifestyle will always reflect on your skin.

Prioritize my skin care
I highly recommend taking good care of your skin and always consulting with a dermatologist who can suggest products based on your skin type. Make sure to choose the right products for your skin because we need to be very careful about what we use, including makeup, as it can easily cause breakouts. Skincare is very important, so don’t forget to double cleanse at night for a clearer complexion in the morning.
