Live
We grow through living and experiencing life. Living our lives every single day itโs how we grow and how we evolve. There is no change without movement and we move through living our lives to its fullest extent. If you feel like you arenโt growing, ask yourself, what am I doing besides whining and complaining? Are you living, or just existing?

Change of perspective
Sometimes we are so caught up with what WE think is happening that we never heal and we just keep having that frustration, resentment and pain. Instead, we should pause and look at the situation from a different perspective and notice that the person who cause the pain is also suffering and that the situation is in fact teaching us and making us grow. Forgive and grow.

Have that conversation
Sometimes, all you need is to have that difficult conversation you've been avoiding. That's precisely what you need: to talk. It can help resolve the issue or make you realize it's time to end it. This applies not only to romantic relationships but also to family and friendships. I know it can be difficult, but it's necessary.

Learn
Just learn. Get disgustingly educated. Expand your knowledge. You can learn about anything and everything! This will not only make you smart and educated, but it will also help improve your brain in many areas (+ make you disgustingly attractive).

Learn to be alone
learning to be alone isnโt about isolation nor about being alone all the timeโitโs about learning to love yourself, to be ok with yourself so you can live more authentically and connect with others in a healthier way.

Reward yourself
Celebrate every little win. Reward yourself because you deserve it. Itโs not about spending all your money, itโs about being aware of the effort you put into every day. Be proud of yourself and take care of yourself. (Do it for all those times you werenโt recognized enough or you felt alone)

Cry
Let go of your emotions. Cry all you want. If we bottle up our emotions we get sick. Acknowledge your emotions and then let go. Being sad or mad itโs not bad, itโs what we do with them.

Build a routine
Build a routine to start and end your day in the best way possible. Do things that get you motivated and ready for the day and do things that get you relax and calm to rest. Organize your life so you can take full advantage of the time you have.

Improve your communication
We need to learn to COMMUNICATE because this is what destroys everything. If you donโt know how to communicate you can loose relationships and even yourself because you donโt even communicate with yourself.

Heal your inner child
The amount of traumas, insecurities and beliefs comes from our childhood and itโs important to know that sometimes all we need is to heal our inner child because itโs that children who holds all the pain and grudges from the past.

Take responsibility of your mistake and be aware of your flaws
We need to take responsibility of our mistakes and fix them and learn from them. We also need to do self observation to see if we need to change some things or where we can get better. Sometimes we play to much as a victim instead of taking responsibility.

Rest
You need to rest! Your mind, your soul, your body needs to rest! Donโt feel bad for taking a moment to recollect your energy.

Set boundaries
Learn to say no and protect your peace. The people who really want to be with you will respect your boundaries!

Get out of your comfort zone
This will lead you to immense growth and confidence. Do things you wouldnโt dare. Because the things you want are out of your comfort zone, go find them.

Create Vision Board
Visualize the life you want, the things you want. Make your mind on what you want your life to look alike. Visualize YOUR life and make it yours.

Clean your space
Clean your space, throw away things that no longer serve you, let space for the new stuff. Your room is the reflection of your mind.

Listen positive music
Stop listening sad, depressive music! That will affect your mood. Try instrumental music or music with positive messages, it will boost your mood

Find your personal style
Know what you like and what you donโt like. Try new things, search about the styles you like. This will make you more confident about the way you look and more comfortable

Listen to podcasts
Listen to podcasts to learn, growth, heal. Listen to podcasts that fill you with knowledge, wisdom and peace. Take notes and apply them in your life

Be creative
Do something that you can use your creativity. Do something that inspire you and makes you passionate. This will heal your inner child and relax your body and mind. Let yourself express through art.

Meditate
Sit in silence with yourself and connect completely with your body, mind and soul. This also helps you to really connect and know yourself.

Read
Reading self development books or books that make you learn are the BEST. I love reading books that help me become better. With books you can also learn to see things from different perspectives.

Journaling
This is amazing because through journaling you are self aware of the way your mind works. It can also boost your mood if you use it the correct way. I also do it in the morning and night

Yoga
Yoga is not only for the flexibility and balance but also for inner peace and knowing more about yourself and your body. A small recommendation, I do yoga in the morning and at night to help me prepare for my day but also relax for my sleep.
