Breakfast/lunch
Chia pudding with blackberries & honey
Only use two teaspoons of chia seeds and make sure to let them soak first! Soak them in yoghurt and add a little bit of milk

Yoghurt, granola, fruit, nuts, raisins, honey, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon...
Bread with bruschetta
Bread with tomato and mozzarella
Bread with feta and chilis
Bread with avocado
Porridge with stewed cinnamon apples
Dice apple, put in small pot with some cinnamon and a little bit of water, cook until softened, add milk, add porridge, keep stirring, done!
Dinner
Tomato risotto with zucchini
Sweet potatoe lentil curry
Veggie feta rice dish
Cut aubergine, zucchinis, bell pepper, onion, garlic clove, chili and fry, add rice and shortly after add water, then tomato paste and seasoning, when the rice is soft take off stove and add crumbled feta cheese
Chickpea curry
Fry spice mix, add can of chickpeas, add can of tomatoes, optionally add water and rice, finally add spinach
Potatoes w yoghurt
Boil potatoes; add salt, pepper, cucumber and/or tomatoe pieces to yoghurt
Rice with peas
Tomato pasta
Cut tomatoes, onion, garlic clove, chili, fry in pot, add seasoning; simultaneously boil pasta, eventually add with a bit of water; optionally add olives
Drinks
Milk tea
Boil milk in pot and add tea bags or loose tea
Chamomile milk tea
Bring milk to a boil in a small pot, add cinnamon, add chamomile tea bags, let cool down and take out after 8 mins
Iced coffee
Earl grey
Add: honey and lemon juice
Matcha
Add: violet syrup or agave syrup
Raspberry iced tea
Brew black tea and let cool down, add ice cubes, raspberry syrup (or other) and lemon juice to a glass, add tea
Sting nettle tea
Against puffiness
Black tea w milk
Green tea
Very healthy; remember to let water cool down before adding tea bag and dont leave in too long; optional: honey, ginger, lemon juice
