Learn Languages
Learn Englisch and Spanisch or other languages Daily for 10 Minutes. You can see after the 75 days your languages are better.

Take progress fotos
Take a Progress Photo once a Week to See your results. It helps you to see your Progress.

Rest day
Once a Week take a Rest day so you can Eat unhealthy Food and you can do a screen time free day.

Limit screen time
Dont watch one Hour before you Go to bed on your Phone. Screentime 2-2,5h.

Stretch or Meditate
Stretch 10 Minutes a day. Or do Yoga or mindfulness Meditation.

Read Daily
Read 10 Pages a day. You can Read Comics Health Books or something else.

Drink Water
Drink 1-2 Liters water a day that you stay hydrated. Itβs very good for your Health.

Exercise Daily
Complete at least 30minutes of exercise for 5 times a week. For 3 times a week Go also outside. Do pilates, Yoga, weights and Stretch sometimes.

Follow a Balance diet
Eating healthy but you have 1 cheating meal per week
