Meditation or prayer before sleep or in the mornings can help you with balance, energy and concentration

Study more
Learn something everyday. Study things you don’t understand that well and have your work done.

Rest day
One day per week when you will have rest day. It can be by reading book, spa day, watching moovies whatever you choose.

10k steps everyday
Going for walk and hitting 10k steps everyday.

Take your vitamins
Start taking vitamins like B,C and D for immunity and magnesium before bed for better sleep.

Hydration
Drink at least 2 liters of water daily.

Exercise
30-45 minutes of physical activity daily by your choice. I’ll do yoga or pilates.

80/20 eating rule. Try to eat healthy most of the time but allow 1-2 small indulgences per week.
